Programme Overview

This course is designed to expose individuals to the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to be effective supervisors who improve the performance and productivity of teams. Participants will be given opportunities to: apply fundamental theories and principles of supervisory management to workplace situations and decision-making; develop effective people management skills; and demonstrate a variety of supervisory techniques to successfully motivate staff, build team spirit and maintain discipline.
