Post-Graduate Certificate in TVET Leadership
Programme Overview
This course is designed to deepen participants’ awareness of who they “are being” as TVET leaders and to use this information to engender greater self-awareness, learning agility, personal resilience, and confidence. It focuses on facilitating an understanding of the importance of alignment of TVET philosophy, policy, and practice with national, regional, and global development agendas. Participants are introduced to strategies that can enable them to respond to the future demands of an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous TVET environment. The issue of greening of TVET is also addressed.
